Old grade, new card: how to tell which one is live

Until a school is reinspected under the new framework, the old-framework grade is still the live grade. TrustlyEd shows them side by side so you do not mistake a historic “Good” for a new report card.
The simplest rule: the most recent inspection is the live one. If the most recent inspection predates 10 November 2025, the school still carries an old-framework grade.
That old grade is not void and should not be struck through. It remains the live grade until a new inspection is published.
Where a new report card exists, both records matter: the card tells you the current picture across six areas, and the old grade tells you what changed.
